Lorequiero Payments LLC sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell, manufacture or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping costs, transport times, customs or returns of physical merchandise.
Delivery times
- Delivery time: immediate. In most cases access arrives within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Delivery method: email to the address given at purchase, with the download link or the access details for the platform.
- Maximum guaranteed time: if access does not arrive due to a technical problem, we resolve it within 24 business hours of the claim.
- Shipping cost: US$ 0. Not applicable.
Format of the materials

06Refund, cancellation and returns policy
This is the current policy of Lorequiero Payments LLC and it applies to every purchase made on any of our sites, without exception.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
Every digital product from Lorequiero Payments LLC comes with a 14-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee counted from the date of purchase.
If within that period you feel that what you bought is not for you, we refund 100% of the amount paid, with no need to give a reason and no questions asked.
After the 14-day period no refunds are issued, as these are digital contents with immediate access and permanent download.
How to request a refund
- 1. Write to support@aurapaid.com or message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of purchase.
- 2. Give the purchase email, the product name and the payment date. We ask for no other requirement, form or justification.
- 3. We confirm receipt of your request within 24 business hours.
- 4. We process the refund within a maximum of 5 business days, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- 5. The money may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
None of our products is a subscription: there are no recurring charges, auto-renewing memberships or free trials that convert into a charge, so there is nothing the customer needs to cancel to avoid future charges. Each purchase is a single, isolated one-time payment.
Returns of physical goods
Not applicable. Lorequiero Payments LLC does not sell physical goods, so there are no merchandise returns, reverse logistics, re-shipping costs or associated expenses.
Exceptions
We may reject a refund request when abuse of the guarantee system is detected: for example, mass download of the material followed by a refund request, repeated purchases of the same product with systematic refund requests, or redistribution of the content to third parties. In such cases we inform the customer in writing, with the corresponding explanation and the evidence we rely on.

4. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, digital products are delivered immediately by email to the address given at purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check the spam folder. Full details are in the Delivery and shipping policy section.
5. Price and payment method
Published prices are one-time payments. We do not sell subscriptions or auto-renewal services, and no charge is made that the customer has not expressly authorised. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-certified third-party payment platforms; this site does not store card details. Promotional prices are valid for a limited time and the final amount is always shown before confirming payment. The charge appears on the customer's bank statement as AURAPAID.
6. Guarantee and refunds
Every product comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, with a 100% refund of the amount paid and no need to give a reason. The Refund, cancellation and returns policy published on this page applies in full.
7. Intellectual property
All content sold — texts, videos, images, templates and downloadable materials — is the property of Lorequiero Payments LLC or its licensors and is granted to the customer under a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence of use. Its resale, redistribution, copying, publication or dissemination, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Breach entitles us to immediately remove access without refund, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
8. Results and limitation of liability
